School Council

Meets 11.30am every Friday morning

Duties include
• Attend meeting every week
• Feeding back to class information received in meeting
• Gathering feedback from class
• Discussing items that arise in class feedback with council
• Voting on issues
• Counting house points and filling in house point charts accurately

Items discussed this school year
• Questionnaire to decide on new hot school dinner menu
• Children in need fund raising
• School Council display board competition
• Chose new adventure playground equipment for school
• Discussed and agreed on dining hall rules
• Helped Braintree Council decide on new park equipment in our local community
• Entered Wyevale Garden Centre potato competition – and won!
• Discussed new wildlife project designs
• Supported House Captains in their fund raising activities
